Testimonials about our Corporate Training Programmes :-

  • Mr. V. R. Jayaraman, CEO - Virgo Engineers Ltd., Pune, India. (October 16, 2007)

About the Three days Work Shop on "Effective Communications and Presentation Skills", MINAR conducted for their Marketing Executives (International & Domestic) and Technical Services Executives.

I have already started getting very positive feedback about the training program. I knew you would not disappoint us and that you would put your best foot forward.

Avinash gave an example of how he found Poonam (HR coordinator) changed in her approach. I believe she made some good concluding remarks.

Keep up the good work. Glad to know about your Delhi initiatives. If you are doing a program in Delhi we can ask a couple of our Delhi guys to participate.

  • Mr. Manoj Kotak, Director, Image Online Pvt Ltd., Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (October 15, 2001)

After you finished your session, I felt I had taken bath in the River of Knowledge which was so pure as Ganga. I have finished reading two books, "You Can Win" by Mr. Shiv Khera and "Think & Grow Rich" by Mr. Napoleon Hill, both on Positive Thinking & Success, but your 1 hour session gave me more than what I got from reading both the books.

Your session was like a Rocket Launcher, it has launched each of my staff into the Sky of Positive Thinking. Let me admit that I was also on the border of Negative Thoughts after meeting ICICI officer second time. Your session has launched me up high & I am sure negative thoughts will not enter again for months to come.

  • Mr. Suyog Mahale - Participant in the Three days Work Shop on "Effective Communications and Presentation Skills", MINAR conducted.

It was indeed a wonderful experience to be the part of above workshop. It has certainly brought the initial change in myself. Hope to keep learning continuously and excel in my performance. I had previously attended a training program from Mercuri Golmann but to tell you the truth now I can really feel the difference what it makes when we keep the things simple and clear.

Thanks again for the wonderful experiences you have shared with us.

  • Ms. Sudipa Nath - Participant in the Three days Work Shop on "Effective Communications and Presentation Skills", MINAR conducted. (October 21, 2007)

Many trainers come, teach and leave. But you are the one, who despite of your busy schedule, managed to remember us. And that is what makes you different from others.

During our training session, during lunch hours, I was speaking to Shivani that it must be very difficult for you to maintain the same energy level & enthusiasm throughout the 3 days. Then I could make out that you teach from your heart and that is why it becomes easy for you.

May God bless you and keep your spirits always high, so that you touch much more hearts through the journey of your life.

  • Mr. Paul Varghese (Sr. Mgr. - P & IR), (NPCIL - Nuclear Power Corporation of India), Anushakti Nagar, Mumbai, India} (19th - 20th April 2006)

I am sure you would like to know more about him. Mr. Vasandani's main thing, other than his all the qualifications and all that, his main thing about him is, that he is very active in his Training. He is not a person who will stand near the mike and talk. He will make everybody work and he will work himself. And he will be very active. It will be something you will all be participating in.

I have seen number of sessions, after that people go back, then they tell. They talk about Mr. Vasandani, that he taught like this and that and all that. Even there is something memorable to take, to go back.

And I think I have also gone back and told my friends about the things that he has done here - inside this U-shape.

  • Sandeep Asolkar (Head - Environment Division) (Ion Exchange India Ltd.), (February 18, 2002)

  • Mr. D. Thanashekaran (DGM - HR), (NPCIL - Nuclear Power Corporation of India), Anushakti Nagar, Mumbai, India} (19th - 20th April 2006)

Mr. Vasandani is not new to our industry. Earlier also he has conducted similar programmes which have been well received, well appreciated, and because of the positive and encouraging feedback given by the participants, we again repeat this programme this time.

He is very expert in presentation skills also, with his infrastructure & facilities you will love to attend his programme.

  • Mr. Avinash Londhe, Manager - International Sales,Virgo Valves & Controls Ltd., Pune, India (About the Three days Work Shop on "Effective Communications and Presentation Skills", MINAR conducted for their Marketing Executives (International & Domestic) and Technical Services Executives.) (13th - 15th October, 2007)

I am sure, these three days and the number of hours you have spent here must have been never ending - You would have thought, it should continue as ever. It will improve yourself - I am sure every individual has this thought in his mind.

One thing on the first day I mentioned, that I attended this course in 2001. Why I wanted to be so specific, is because the memories are so fresh in my mind, that even if it is 2001 - you know I sometimes feel that I attended this last month only.

I am one of his Well-Wishers, why - because you know, it has really given me a lot of improvement in my life. I was just an ordinary person, you know not even like you - whatever caliber you have. I was just an ordinary person. I have been brought up in the company by the top management because they identified that this guy has the potential - and they gave me opportunities of attending such programmes, which has really helped me.

And every one from you will definitely have benefits in life - Just try to implement all that you have learnt.

  • Poonam Gaikwad, HR Manager, Virgo Engineers Ltd., Pune, India (About the Three days Work Shop on "Effective Communications and Presentation Skills", MINAR conducted for their Marketing Executives (International & Domestic) and Technical Services Executives.) (13th - 15th October, 2007)

I actually want to thank Sir, whole heartedly. But they say all good things come to an end. But then we still believe in the statement, that nothing has come to an end. It is just the beginning. It is just the beginning of a beautiful start, of a beautiful success. Because, Sir has transferred so much of Positive Energy in us.

I mean on the first day we all were very negative about every thing. Like, we were Negative. But 20-is-to-1 or 21-is-to-one, all the Positive Energy was transferred there. Nothing could touch Sir. Nothing could touch Sir. I mean on the first day we all were Blank - we would not say anything. Second day, the difference was, we all started interacting with him. And that is the effect - that is the impact a person like him can have with so much of Positive Energy.

In these 3 days he has not just shared knowledge, he has shared with us Experience, his whole life of - his whole life with us. At this stage, 20 yrs before, we are getting so much of practical experience from him. 20 yrs down the line we will have much more experiences. We should thank sir for all those practical life experiences what he has given us.

And then the point which he said - Genuine Concern for the other person. If this point wasn't meant - I mean when the person says this, he has to be genuine himself. Otherwise we will not be believe it. And with the genuine concern, when you have the genuine concern you can deliver it in that way. Otherwise it is like - you are just saying it and the person is just not receiving the whole thing actually. So I feel whenever you do any thing - you do it genuinely, you get success in it.

Not the communication, not just a presentation, your communication, your inter-personal skills - when you genuinely do it, yes you will get success in it.

You don't need to practice that thing, Genuine thing, it comes on your own - when you feel for other person first and then for yourself, that is the best thing what, and that is the best thing what Sir has taught us in these 3 days.

You cannot say Thank you or you know, just a round of applause for Sir - NO. It is our transformation, in the next years, implementing these points, implementing these beautiful suggestions that will actually give a reward to Sir, in a way of our transformation.

So I can just say this, lets all of us give a round of applause for Sir, at the moment.

Testimonials about our TRAIN-THE-TAINERS Programme:-

  • Prof. Sujeet Saundattikar. Professor of Engineering, at Institute of Textile Technology - DKTE, Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra, India. (About Train-The-Trainer Programme he went through.) (May 2006)

In the last semester, we had a one day workshop for the Students by Vasandani Sir. And at that time itself I was really fascinated by the way he took the GD and all that stuff. I had decided, and as I have been the field member, so on the same day after the session, we were just two of us sitting at I think the Guest House, and I asked him, "do you take similar Programmes for may be the professionals and all." And when he said yes, at the same instant I just decided that yes we have to go for it. And it is very great that all my colleagues and all they joined me. And I really tell you that this 5 days course was excellent. May be at this or may be at other place. Everything was really good. We really experienced a great variety - may be some GD, some Ex-tempore and all. And I think now everybody of us would be that much competent and to face any kind of situation. If you all know that, yes this is the thing, this we, we used to speak in that particular way, but we di dn't really know what those terms are. So it is clear today. Experience was really good for all of us. And just thanks for everything.

  • Prof. Gopal Joshi, Professor of Engineering, at Institute of Textile Technology - DKTE, Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra, India. (About Train-The-Trainer Programme he went through.) (May 2006)

Everybody was given a format for activity in the vacation - what you are going to do in the vacation, compulsorily you have to do it. And then, Sujeet who is sitting here, immediate then same thing he has written. And immediately we had felt, even though the vacations are there, we were in enjoyment mood, but somehow on Friday, some expressions were there - why falling into this, why compulsion, like that.

But since Saturday we came over here, I can tell you how 5 days are gone and how the communication skills are, what are the points. We know all the points, but how to fit them in a proper manner, that was a very important thing. So the things can be given, by experience - we are all professors, we are going to give - OK , but how in a perfect manner, that we learnt from your course.

Remaining arrangements also you have made very nicely. And always I have seen you - never frustrated, always you were laughing, that was very nice thing which we have noticed. Because in a moment if anything is going to become panic. But I have never seen you in these 5 days - that you are becoming panic or something like that. So that was a very nice observation about you.

Thank you very much for arranging everything nicely.

  • Prof. Suresh Bagi, Professor of Engineering, at Institute of Textile Technology - DKTE, Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra, India. (About Train-The-Trainer Programme he went through.) (May 2006)

Generally we all think that the Teachers are very strict. But I think, Mr. Vasandani is too jolly a person. And he taught the subject of communication skills in so friendly and so nice manner, that it had become a live session for 5 days.

I think we joined on Saturday. And Since Saturday morning, we are just laughing and learning the Communication Skills till today. I think it was very nice experience.

And personally speaking, I was quite afraid, I had told my deficiencies during first day. I think I have overcome those deficiencies in quite good manner. And I am quite confident that when I will be coming in front of Students, or some new people, I am sure that I will definitely perform better than what I was performing in earlier days. Thank you.

  • Prof. Arvindkumar Sringeri, Professor of Engineering, at Institute of Textile Technology - DKTE, Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra, India. (About Train-The-Trainer Programme he went through.) (May 2006)

We have gone through 5 days course very nicely. Before coming to this course, what everyone was thinking was, similar to Gopi Sir has told. Whatever we were thinking was - we are in this line only. We had talked, that we don't need this kind of course. Only we need some theoretical background, and we were expecting that only. And our thinking has been changed completely. Because of that "Reverse Technology", what he has used. We had not at all thought of those things. So whatever technology he has used, that has changed us completely.

Before coming here, my difficulty was, that at a given instant, speaking without any preparation, That was actually my difficulty - without preparation, it was very much difficult for me to speak anything. But after few sessions, I got confident that I can speak on any matter, without much preparation, or never any preparation, that confidence I got after I have gone through this course.

And also about Group Discussion, I am very much exposed to that type of activity. Because even in my B.E., even in my study days, there wouldn't be any sessions like this. In our College, extra curricular activities, were not so popular, so there wouldn't be any activity of this kind. No body was exposed to this type of thing. Only we used to go for these things at the time of Interview directly. So that was a big problem in the Interviews, it was a very big problem to take part in Group Discussion activity. So that also helped me - how to behave, or how to become a leader in the group, or how to decide in that Group Discussion, to attract the Judge, to attract the Chairperson. So that thing helped me to improve. This course has helped me to improve on those two aspects.

So I am very much thankful to Vasandani Sir, to improve me a lot on those two aspects. It was a lot to me. Thankyou.

  • Prof. Rajendra Patil, Professor of Engineering, at Institute of Textile Technology - DKTE, Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra, India. (About Train-The-Trainer Programme he went through.) (May 2006)

Dear Friends, I have attended many seminars and conferences, but in the valedictory function I have not talked. Today, I am talking for the first time - I mean at the valedictory function. These five days I enjoyed a lot and at the same time I learnt this - what is the communication. And what we learnt, I assure you Sir, definitely will improve our skills. And we will use it for our students.

Testimonials about our INDIVIDUAL TRAINING Programmes (PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT Course, which we conducted specifically for the Devotees and Preachers of ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness), Mumbai, India. (January 2007)

  • Kapila Prabhu (Chief Guest, and the Main Observer from ISKCON Temple, to judge the benefits their Participants got from this course) (January 2007)

It is very obvious that Mr. Ashok Vasandani Ji has a deep effect on all you participants.

In the beginning when he was, Ashok Ji was mentioning that, it has been more of a learning experience for him. Then he was telling how this is a unique batch. That - I was also trying to figure out - how so!! But I think the Results are there to see.

Because it is very clear, when people speak their heart, you know - its very clear, its very clear. So it has been. I think there is no greater Reward for you.

And they are, you know, queing-up to Reciprocate, so that's it. So your programme is Successful by those standards.
